Now Hiring - Route Sales Advisor in Long Beach, CA

Job Summary:
Republic Master Chefs is seeking a Route Growth Advisor to assist in an assigned area to upsell new products to a current customer base. Obtain customer information by engaging in ongoing conversations with key decision makers firsthand and applies the obtained information to improve customer experience with new product offerings. The goal is to maximize revenue for each customer to increase profitability.

• Meet sales expectations.
• Promote overall route growth to enhance profitability.
• Find opportunities to increase business revenue through selling new product lines to current customer base.
• Train Route Sales Representatives how to upsell to current customers.
• Report transactions to local management for tracking.
• Engages and collaborates with other departments.
• Handle customer inquiries on new product lines.
• Knowledge and ability to provide information about new products and services.

Education:

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Communication preferred.

Skills:

• 5 years active driving experience
• 3-5 years of route sales experience
• Excel and other Microsoft products
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
• Exceptional communication skills

Physical:

• Lifting, carrying and walking Republic Master Chefs products in and out of customer accounts up to 75lbs
